What happens if my student visa application is rejected?
If your student visa application is rejected, don’t worry — there are still options depending on whether you’re applying from inside or outside the UAE.
If you’re inside the UAE:
- Explore alternatives: You may be able to extend your tourist visa or apply for another legal visa type to stay longer while exploring options.

- Support from Speak English Institute: While the institute cannot influence visa decisions (as these are made by UAE immigration authorities), our team will assist you with guidance on the next steps.

If you’re applying from outside the UAE:
- Tourist visa option: You may still be eligible for a 90-day tourist visa or a visa on arrival, depending on your nationality.

- Reapplication: You can consider reapplying for a student visa with stronger documentation or explore other visa options.

A visa rejection doesn’t mean your study plans are over. Speak English Institute will do its best to help you understand your options and continue your English learning journey in the UAE.

Note: All visa approvals or rejections are made solely by UAE immigration authorities.
