Yes, refunds may be possible under certain conditions, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

1. Refunds are not available once a course has started.
   
2. ​If you cancel before your course begins, a partial refund may be issued, depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made and any administrative costs incurred.
   
3. ​Missed group classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
   
4. ​For private lessons, classes can be rescheduled (not refunded) with at least 24 hours’ notice.
   
5. Course fees cannot be transferred to another person once the course has started.
   

All refund requests must be made in writing to the administration team and will be processed in line with the refund policy stated in the 2025–2026 Terms & Conditions.
